AWS Senior SRE Engineer

Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining the service-level agreement on critical AWS production platforms or products and providing automated operations to ensure the service to our clients is always of the best quality.
Key Missions
Profile & Other Information
Keyless SRE team handles automotive customers in US, Asia and Europe markets by:
- providing support during production cloud environment upgrades
- resolving incidents and information requests surrounding both the infrastructure and mobile parts of the product
- constantly improving monitoring of the system
- preparing documentation and instructions for customer(s)
- attending on-calls during production outages
- providing post-mortems and RCA's
- helping with rollbacks or restores, if situation requires it
- debugging server and mobile logs
- collaborating with Polish dev team
- participating in release phase (SRE acceptance gates)
