Digital ID Quality and Process Lead - 1 year fixed term

Purpose
As Digital ID Quality and Process Lead, you support Digital ID teams in aligning delivery process KPIs (cost, time, quality, and security) with ISO 9001 audit expectations by analyzing, mapping, and continuously improving performance measurement frameworks and quality processes.
Key Missions
- Review, analyze, and document Digital ID delivery processes, with a strong focus on performance indicators related to cost, time, quality, and security.
- Map existing practices, evidences, and controls against ISO 9001 requirements, identifying confirmed or potential non-conformities and areas of concern.
- Share identified gaps with process owners and delivery teams, and collaborate to define corrective actions and implement measurement and process improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure traceability of process documentation to support audit readiness.
- Support and perform internal audits, and coordinate with external ISO auditors when required.
- Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to Quality and Service Delivery leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of process alignment and quality practices throughout the assignment.
Profile & Other Information
To Succeed in This Position, You Should Have
- Strong knowledge of QA and quality management processes, with proven ability to manage and improve them.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and tools (Agile, digital/software projects).
- Solid knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and audit practices.
- Experience with quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.).
- Strong process, data, and reporting management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Polish.Experience working in an international environment, with teams located across multiple countries.
