Purpose

HR Operations Specialist – Europe

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive HR Operations professional to join our Europe HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee services, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining full compliance across the employee lifecycle.

This role ensures on-time, accurate and compliant employee and “HR-related” data and efficiently addresses requests from internal and external stakeholders using this data while driving process efficiency, automation, and employee experience across HR services. 

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities

HR Data & Systems Management:

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employment records across Europe, including statutory documentation, personal and job history, performance, compensation, insurance, and leave data. Ensure data integrity, privacy, and seamless operation of core HR systems.

Employee Lifecycle Delivery:

  • Lead the operational execution of onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes, continuously enhancing workflow efficiency and the employee experience.

Compliance & Policy Governance:

  • Ensure HR processes align with company standards and country-specific legislation. Proactively monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates. Maintain the Employee Handbook and policy documentation (local and intranet), ensuring alignment with global guidelines.

Payroll & Employment Support:

  • Partner with payroll teams to provide accurate monthly inputs and resolve employment-related matters such as hiring/termination procedures, labor law compliance, contract renewals, expatriate administration, and retirement processes.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR operations, drive continuous improvement, and streamline policies, workflows, and operational tools.

Benefits & Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with benefit providers, insurance companies, and TPAs to ensure smooth claim processing and monitor service-level agreements. Manage HR vendor relationships, including contract renewals, cost optimization, and risk assessments.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Deliver timely HR reports and insights, including headcount, demographics, absenteeism, performance, overtime, attrition, and turnover. Build dashboards and trend analyses to support strategic workforce planning.

 

External Reporting & Rewards Support:

  • Prepare statutory and external submissions (government agencies, insurers, unions, etc.). Support Compensation & Rewards administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Audit & Governance:

  • Participate in internal and external HR audits and drive remediation actions when required. Collect and maintain statutory compliance data.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, C&B teams, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, IT, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless employee service delivery.

Team Guidance:

  • Provide direction and support to junior HR Operations team members as needed.
