Junior PMO

Purpose

This role ensures proper administration of time tracking tool and managing projects in line with the business strategy and quality standards.

Key Missions

  • Administration of the time management system EPM (user activation/deactivation, allocation assignment, training, communication, etc.).
  • Regular verification of data in the time management system, reporting necessary changes.
  • Projects' setup using MS Project tool (creation of new projects, entering project tasks, milestones and baselines).
  • Making sure that project management practices are correctly applied for units in scope.
  • Coordination of monthly closing related to time reporting (communication, problem-solving).
  • Cooperation with Controlling and HR department regarding smooth information flow.

  • good basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas e.g. vlookup, index, countif, sum, average),
  • proficiency in spoken and written English,
  • MS Project knowledge would be an asset :)
