SRE Engineer

Purpose
Key Missions
- Defines and implements architectures CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) process tailored for the team’s environment
- Develops AWS infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices, and improve operational performance
- Improves development, deployment and testing to make it as much automated as possible
- Supports teams by sharing knowledge and best practices (including clear documents for complex integration procedures)
- Operates and debugs complex integration processes and environments in autonomy
- Follows approach "infrastructure as code" as much as possible
- Gives training and shares best practices
- Drives improvements in SRE across all team members with strong collaboration of SRE manager
- Coaches and guides less experienced SREs
- Coaches and mentors different teams in technical areas, develop the knowledge of related technologies (monitoring, deployment, cloud tools etc.)
- Brings proactive support approach, product design review, collaboration with development team during product development
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders during planned interventions or changes and outages
Profile & Other Information
To succeed in this role, you need to have an experience with:
- Monitoring tools like Grafana, Thanos/Prometheus, Loki
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Application deployment process
- Terraform / terragrunt
- Linux, Bash, GIThelm charts
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- Jenkins
- Docker

The role is based in Łódź, Poland. We are working in hybrid model with at least three visits at the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). If you prefer to work fully on site, our office is always open for you :)
