Senior Functional Analyst

Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join our Proofing Teams within the Digital Identity domain. You will be part of the Digital ID team, supporting the definition, analysis, and documentation of global requirements for Identity Proofing & Verification solution. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that complex business needs are translated into clear, actionable functional specifications and high-quality documentation.

 

Key Missions

  • Analyze business needs and define clear scope, requirements, and functional solutions

  • Break down complex use cases into structured, manageable components

  • Gather and refine requirements with business and technical stakeholders

  • Facilitate workshops and support alignment across teams

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure traceability

  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (FRS, PFD, user stories, guides)

  • Model business processes, data flows, and system interactions

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Architects, SMEs, and Agile teams

  • Support development teams throughout delivery, ensuring clarity and consistency

  • Act as a functional expert within the Digital Identity / Proofing domain

  • Promote reuse of existing capabilities and best practices

  • Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle

  • Contribute to improving analysis methods, tools, and standards

Profile & Other Information

Profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics

  • Solid experience in requirements analysis and functional documentation

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (fluent English)

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions

  • Good understanding of APIs (including REST) and system design

  • Understanding of backend services and distributed systems

  • General knowledge of security, cryptography, and data protection (e.g., GDPR)

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, CIBA
