Senior System Integrator

Purpose
We’re looking for a Senior System Integrator to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical public security and travel technology projects across the region.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of delivery, ensuring solutions are fully integrated, tested, and deployed into real-world environments. You will work across multiple projects, technologies, and stakeholders, playing a critical role in turning complex systems into operational reality.
Key Missions
- Own the end-to-end integration approach across multiple projects, defining how solutions are configured, deployed, and validated
- Build and manage integration environments, ensuring systems are correctly installed, configured, and ready for testing
- Lead system integration and validation activities, covering performance, scalability, high availability, and security
- Identify and resolve issues during testing by analysing logs, troubleshooting defects, and driving them through to resolution
- Take solutions into customer environments, supporting on-site deployment and ensuring successful go-live
- Act as the bridge between development and operations, ensuring a smooth transition from build through to support
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining integration processes, tools, and best practices
- Support pre-sales activities where needed, providing technical input on integration feasibility and approach
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and delivery timelines
Profile & Other Information
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in system integration, deployment, or implementation roles
- Strong understanding of OS environments, databases, and integration tools
- Experience validating non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse logs and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working across multiple projects or environments simultaneously
- Confident communicator able to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Arabic or French language skills
- Experience in public sector, aviation, or large-scale system environments
- Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD practices
