Purpose

This role supports the Sales teams in guiding internal processes and tools, providing sales analysis, and monitoring the business activity

Key Missions

We are currently looking for Team Lead - Field Operations at Ahmedabad Location.

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Position as a Field Sales Operations, the person will be responsible for business delivery through a channel network of Agents and Distributors/Direct Sales Agency across multiple states for Digital Field Services and Financial Inclusion program.
  • To develop  and execute a business plan for establishing sales channel network of Agents and Distributors/Direct Sales Agency for multiple projects and Public sector Banks like SBI/ BOB etc.
  • To maintain the healthy relationships with the PSB at RO/ZO/ LHO and corporates in the region and assigned accounts.
  • Ensure the compliance, implementation and adherence of the guidelines issued by the banks and clients.  
  • Responsible for growth of business and ensuring the targets on revenue are met
  • Ensuring quality of business delivery by maintaining a constant vigil on the input and output from Distributors/Direct Sales Agency and Agents
  • Onboarding and training/development/motivation/guidance of channel partners and field agents to accomplish set goals and targets
  • Explore new avenues of growth and new businesses by maintaining an effective communication on market knowledge and feedback with the management
  • Maintaining timely and effective communication on market knowledge and feedback with the management
  • Maintaining excellent relationship  with channel partners and field force to help in business delivery and its growth
  • Planning and promotions of Business campaigns
  • Acts as an ambassador and representative of the Organization  to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships network in the region

 
Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of establishing and successfully managing an extensive field sales network comprising of Distributors/Direct Sales Agencies in the BFSI and Services sale
  • Hands-on approach and self-drive
  • Ability to manage on his own a large geography and multiple channel partners
  • Experience of working in a high growth, fast pace environment, start-up experience
  • Ability to handle fast pace changes effectively
  • Positive aggression and ability to work extremely hard
