Account Service Executive

Purpose

The role of an Account Service Executive is to manage the day to day sales relationship and support day-to-day Customer Service job duties for our customers including card issuance, new offers, stock management (order & forecast), as well as manage enquiries, complaints, change requests and management reporting with the customer.

His/her permanent target is to deliver, protect and maximize the customer contract revenue in order to KEEP and GROW existing customers.

Key Missions

Account Management

  • Develop intimate knowledge of customer’s operational environment and build strong relationships, including opening doors for new business opportunities when possible or needed.
  • Create and maintain customer SLA contracts.
  • Deliver the contract / business as usual (BAU) revenue, cash collection.
  • Protect acquired customer base by securing customer loyalty.
  • Contribute to/own Account Plan and Service Management Plan as required.
  • Management (CRM) System where necessary.

 

Order Management

  • Manage order expectations, customer order status and complaint management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate, where appropriate.
  • Comply with customer quality systems, health and safety laws and company code of conduct.
  • Comply with the use and integration of company standard tools and processes.
