Purpose
El ingeniero de monitoreo y control es responsable de las tareas de soporte y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, atención de tiquetes reportados sobre las soluciones en sitios de producción de los clientes.
Key Missions
- Efectuar el registro, documentación y clasificación de tiquetes en el sistema de información.
- Monitoreo, registro, análisis, diagnóstico y documentación de los casos, hasta la realización de pruebas, aplicación de la solución y entrega a satisfacción de la solución al cliente.
- Ejecución de tareas rutinarias que permitan responder oportunamente a las diferentes alarmas o indisponibilidades de las aplicaciones implementadas.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas.
- Diligenciar las listas de chequeo de los sistemas y las bitácoras de las actividades realizadas.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas.
- Efectuar el análisis, tratamiento y respuesta de Incidentes de los sistemas en mantenimiento, aplicando los procedimientos definidos por la compañía.
- Proponer acciones de mejora sobre las rutinas de operación de los sistemas y procedimientos del área.
- Servir de apoyo en las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo que se ejecuten para los diferentes proyectos.
- Proponer mejoras a procesos existentes en los distintos proyectos, considerando implementaciones o apoyos a estas nuevas soluciones implementadas.
