Purpose

Drive business growth by executing sales strategies for IDEMIA’s portfolio, meeting client needs, achieving commercial objectives, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Key Missions

  • Achieve commercial objectives while ensuring quality and continuity in customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the region.
  • Present IDEMIA product portfolio to prospective customers.
  • Support the sale of parts, accessories, and related equipment.
  • Coordinate solution evaluations and proposal presentations with internal teams and divisions.
  • Collaborate with business associates to manage complex client purchasing strategies.
  • Prepare and submit bid documents and reports as required.
  • Monitor key project milestones: sales, bonds, delivery, billing, and collection.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and project managers.
  • Identify client needs and future projects during demand and purchase generation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and provide weekly activity reports.

Key Skills

  • 6+ years as a Key Account Manager.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Experience in biometric recognition and software development projects.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel (reporting tools are a plus).
  • Experience working with government clients.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
  • Available to travel.
  • Hybrid setting (in Bogotá).
