Purpose

This role oversees and organizes all production operations activities across multiple production areas.

Key Missions

  • Ejecutar el plan de producción establecido, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas con calidad.
  • Dirigir y coordinar al equipo bajo su responsabilidad, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad y el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de producción.
  • Informar al responsable de Producción sobre el stock de insumos y coordinar su reposición oportuna.
  • Conocimientos en:
    • Cadena de suministro y manejo de inventarios.
    • KPI’s de producción y herramientas de análisis de datos como Excel, tablas dinámicas, Power BI o similares.
    • Mejora continua y metodologías.
    • Procesos productivos en línea, manejo de impresión, tipografías, y litografías.
