Transformation Manager LATAM

Purpose

The Transformation Manager leads and executes transformation projects, managing complex initiatives and working with multidisciplinary teams. This role oversees internal process and organizational changes, continuously evaluating and adjusting transformation initiatives using an analytical approach to measure impact and mitigate risks.

Key Missions

1. Progress Plan Management:

  • Support the definition of the Progress Plan aligned with IDEMIA’s strategy.
  • Guide project leaders in project definition and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
  • Evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on processes and systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects.

2. Lead Cross-functional Transformation Projects:

  • Drive organizational improvement projects with a broad impact.
  • Implement best practices in process management and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Manage project deliverables, quality, and timelines, resolving obstacles as needed.

3. Change Management Strategy:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to implement new technologies and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

4. Engineering Transformation:

  • Ensure the proper deployment of agile methodologies.
  • Track engineering indicators and ensure alignment with transformation goals.

Key Skills

  • Experience in Project Management, especially in IT environments.
  • Proven track record in organizational transformation and technical products innovation.
  • SaaS experience (MUST).
  • Proficiency in Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL or ISO standards.
  • Experience in Change Management (MUST).
  • Bachelor’s degree and specialization (or Master’s).
  • Advanced English (C1 level).
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience in creating reports for senior management.
  • Availability to travel (20% a year).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setting in Bogotá.
