Purpose
We are seeking an HRIS Solution onwer who will lead a large perimeter within our HRIS landscape reporting to HRIS Director. In detail, you will manage autonomously the preparation & realization of recurrent campaigns like Performance & Compensation. You will be responsible for the excellence support level on your perimeter. You will be responsible to conduct innovative projects in relation to Talent, AI etc … and will be the project manager for these projects.
You will be in direct contact with the internal stakeholders and external vendor

Key Missions
Compensation & Performance solution owner
- Gather Business needs from HR and Key Stakeholders
- Design and configure solutions in our HRIS to support campaign objectives in direct relation with our integrator
- Coordinate testing, deployment and monitoring campaign execution
- Analyze results and gather feedback for continuous improvement
HRIS projects lead
- Manage end to end delivery of critical HRIS projects across domains ( Compensation, Performance, Talent, LMS, AI …)
- Define Project scope, milestones, budget and success metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams, business partners and vendors
- Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with business priorities
Guardian of excellence support
- Deliver timely and effective support to HR teams and end users in collaboration with support team
- Collaborate with HRIS team to resolve incidents and improve processes
- Maintain documentations, FAQs, and user guides to foster autonomy
- Monitor system performance and user satisfaction metrics
Change Management & User Adoption
- Develop and deliver tailored change management plans for system evolutions
- Create and lead training sessions, webinars, and materials
- Engage user communities and gather feedback to guide improvements
- Support HR Teams in driving adoption across the organization
Contribute to HRIS Strategy and roadmap
- Participate in defining the long-term HRIS vision in collaboration with leadership
- Identify emerging needs and propose system enhancements or new tools
- Benchmark best practices and market trends to guide strategic decisions
- Help translate business strategy into actionable HRIS Initiatives

Profile & Other Information
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, etc.)
- Strong project management experience, ideally in an international environment
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle HRIS initiatives, including design, configuration, deployment, and change management
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, especially Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both with business and technical teams
- Fluent in English
- Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications in SuccessFactors modules ( It is a plus)
