Purpose
This role contributes to the success of IDEMIA by supporting the delivery of best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. You will help attract and engage top talent while building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
- Location: Bucharest (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
- Start Date: July 2026
Key Missions
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team
- Source candidates through CV databases and professional networks
- Assist with headhunting and direct search for selected roles
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Post and update job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards)
- Support employer branding initiatives (social media content, internal events)
Candidate Experience
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Collect and analyze candidate feedback after interviews
- Suggest improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience
HR Projects & Analytics
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel)
- Generate simple recruitment reports (pipeline tracking, candidate status)
- Support ongoing HR projects (onboarding processes, internal surveys)
Learning & Development
- Participate in internal training sessions (recruitment processes, HR tools, soft skills)
- Shadow experienced recruiters and Hiring Managers
Modern & Attractive Add-ons
- Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Research recruitment trends and labor market insights
- Explore AI tools for sourcing and screening candidates
- Help create internal guides (e.g., "How to Interview" best practices)
