Junior PMO - Fixed-term 1 year

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Write and review project documentation in UK English.
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing with Idemia partners and customers, as per project assignment.
  • Manage all project documentation needs, including drafting, reviewing, and submitting documents in various formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or SharePoint.
  • Participate in meetings and take minutes to ensure project continuity.
  • Work rigorously, paying attention to detail, and ensure information is correct and validated before use.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

 

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in UK English at C1 level.
  • Proven experience in similar roles such as administrative assistant, document reviewer, or process coordinator.
  • Passion for perfection and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Focus on process adherence, ensuring all steps are followed.
  • Genuine interest in digital tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and dependability in managing documents for various stakeholders.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience in an international work environment.
