Purpose
This role drives the success of IDEMIA and ensures that best-in-class strategies are delivered to attract and engage the best talent, focusing on building a strong partnership with Hiring Managers and driving a strong candidate experience
Key Missions
Manages Talent planning (e.g., forecasts future hiring needs aligns hiring strategy to long-term workforce plans, analyzes market trends that impact labor supply and demand, etc.)
Partners with the Business and HR teams to understand the need of the job, calibrates with all the stakeholders/ hiring manager
Designs and implements Talent Acquisition strategies and is responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle
Conducts Job advertising and posting (e.g., develops job descriptions, posts on internal and external sites, provides specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.)
Manages Talent screening (e.g., analyzes resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducts screening interviews, assists managers with interviews, tests/ranks candidates, checks references, and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates)
Facilitates assessments to further evaluate the technical and behavioral capabilities
Builds Talent communities (by representing the organization at employment fairs, participating in campus recruiting activities, building sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools)
Works closely with the Marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
Manages respective candidate pools to ensure that qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Seeks proactively for market intelligence and trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessments and sourcing methodologies
Creates, analyses and presents monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Manages the ATS to ensure the recruitment process is accurately tracked in real time, to enable reporting on recruiting performance and metrics
Suggests new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Designs and manages recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Counsels the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment Understands job descriptions and reviews applications
Sources and engages passive talent
Screens candidates to evaluate against required competencies
Organizes interviews and assessments
