Purpose

The role of “Solution Pre-Sales” in Connectivity Services is to manage functional and non-functional requirements into design to reach efficient and maintainable solution that best addresses customers’ requirements and optimize IDEMIA business value.

Key Missions

You will be in charge of:

  • Responsible for the design and promotion of OTA and eSIM solutions.
  • Works closely with the sales team to identify external clients’ needs, pains and business requirements.
  • Translates such specifications into viable and profitable technological solutions.
  • Collect and present project objectives, technical requirements, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates, roles and responsibilities.
  • Works in conjunctions with the client, the development sales & marketing, products teams to reach at the recommended solution and provides direct support in meetings and presentations.
  • Presents recommended solution to client for validation and improvements.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of technological concepts and applications to initiate enhanced solutions.
  • The new Pre-Sales is allocated to Azure Migration, Group on boarding, and standard OTA/eSIM offers mainly for MEA market so a junior profile (LEVEL 1 Experienced Professional) is acceptable

 

Requirements & Profile

Given the importance of the role who shall be recognized as a technical expert within IDEMIA and in front of customers, big interest and passion in telecom topics is mandatory. Also given the nature of the role who is customer-facing, strong interpersonal skills and resistance to stress are mandatory”

Person at this position should have English on fluent level. He/she needs to be open for traveling (once per month) and be located preferably in one of those cities: Bucharest (Romania) Łódź or Warsaw (Poland), Malaga or Madrid (Spain). Work will be in hybrid model of working.
