Master Data Intern

Purpose

We are currently looking for a Master Data Intern to governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with standards and internal customers' requirements.

Key Missions

As our new Master Data Intern, you will:

  • Manages, maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date
  • Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Finance, Projects, Customers, Materials, Employees and Supplier
  • Ensures all service Level agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification
  • Maintains and develops master data process documentation, ensuring they are up to date and relevant
  • Maintains, reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system
  • Supports project team(s) in data migration activities
  • Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes
  • Performs simple tasks as modification and creation requests within one system or one area
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and information on requests
  • Works with the supervision of a more experienced Master Data Officer

 

To succeed in this position, you will need the following:

 

Must haves:

  • English and Hungarian on fluent level
  • Very good command in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word

 

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI, VBA
  • Experience with working on standard operations documentation
  • Previous experience in data management, data entry, or administrative roles 
  • Education background: Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance

 

The role is located in Budaor. The role is in hybrid model of working with majority of work at the office.
