Purpose

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Missions

I. Purpose of the position and presentation of the context

  • As Manufacturing-Supply chain Consultant for the Group, you are a true referent for the Business teams on this topic, on both applications and business needs prospective.

 

II. Job description

  • As such, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to our ongoing deployments of D365
  • Analyze current information system principles and business requirements
  • Lead the relationship with business teams
  • Provide support and suggest solutions based on best practices
  • Interact with development teams
  • Test and assist business teams during UAT phase
  • You will also contribute to support our already deployed entities on D365 and AX2009, along with our Business Applications Support Team based in Budapest.

 

III. Profile

  • In a nutshell, your ability to understand business processes, information system principles, and your knowledge on Microsoft D365 and AX2009 will be key.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to understand functional issues and business needs
  • Knowledgeable on business needs regarding Manufacturing-Supply chain processes

Tools knowledge

  • o Knowledgeable on D365 and AX2009
  • o Office suite
  • Ability to report in a synthetic and professional way
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically
  • Client-facing experience ideally in manufacturing industry
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Provide effective feedback
  • Fluent English
