This role focuses on supporting executive roles in their day-to-day activities. May support one executive or a small number of executives

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  • Manages administrative tasks (for example: purchase requests, expenses report, report writing)
  • Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors
  • May work on support presentations/documents/files
  • Handles confidential business and personal information
