Purpose

This role defines and implements the best in class data architecture in line with IDEMIAs Data Strategy (services, tools, etc.).

Key Missions

  • Within the newly created Global Data Team, in charge of building and implementing the data strategy for IDEMIA.
    We are currently looking for a DataOps, working closely with our Data Architects, Data Scientists and Data Engineers. Your daily life will be punctuated by :

  • Automate data infrastructure management and data flows using DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Data experts to ensure the seamless operation and performance of data platforms.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to data infrastructure, and proactively implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
  • Optimize existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve data quality and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and trends to maintain operational excellence.

Profile & Other Information

  • Strong expertise in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructures (AWS preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the data lifecycle, from ingestion to exploitation.
  • Skills in monitoring and optimizing systems (logs, metrics, alerting).
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education in Computer Science or any other related field.

Experience: at least one working experience in a DataOps or DevOps position within a fast-paced and complex business setting.
