Purpose
As a Tech Lead Java, you will be the technical reference for the team, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered with high quality, within requirements and timelines.
Key Missions
• Understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software modules.
• Take part in technical decisions and ensure best development practices and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Support and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.
• Analyze complex problems and turn them into efficient and practical solutions.
Profile & Other Information
Technical Skills :
- Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in software development
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot with solid expertise in Angular for front-end development
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with authentication and identity management solutions (Keycloak, OpenID Connect)
- Web services development
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
- Secure programming practices (strong plus)
Languages :
- French: Fluent
- English: Professional working proficiency
