Technical Project Manager (Spanish speaker)

Purpose

This role is responsible for the project to be developed and delivered in line with customer requirements, schedule and costs.

Key Missions

Position Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing projects. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead and manage technical integration projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of software, hardware, and other technology solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and operations.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of solutions.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
 
 
Qualifications:
Computer science / Engineering degree (Bac+5)
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical integration projects.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems integration, or IT infrastructure.
Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in English French and Spanish,
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in agile and waterfall project environments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
