Purpose

This role creates a motivated workforce who will stay with the company in the long run. It encompasses workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, onboarding, succession planning, and retention

Key Missions

  • Identifies the critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) that are necessary to achieve current and future business results
  • Manages the development and implementation of IDEMIA�s global career framework, including the job catalog and career paths
  • Develops effective change-management and adoption strategies, ensures that communications and readiness of materials are in place to facilitate the change, by working closely with the Communications Team and Business Lines HR and Regional HR leaders
  • Partners with other HR Business Process Owners to embed the framework in our core Talent processes
  • Manages the Career Development and Talent Assessment processes
  • Ensures that workforce planning and succession planning are done on time
  • Conducts Leadership assessment and development
  • Runs Engagement/Employee research
  • Organizes the design and culture change
  • Organizes transformation and change management
  • Trains managers on reinforcing the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance, and addressing underperformance
  • Develops and monitors performance management metrics (e.g., alignment between rating and compensation decisions, compliance with goal setting and review processes, etc.)
  • Develops and delivers the Employee Training and Talent Management programs
  • Identifies skills or knowledge gaps and develops training content in response to identified training needs
  • Creates and maintains courses content, manuals, or other training materials
  • Assesses the impact of training programs by measuring employee's understanding of the subject matter
  • Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher
  • level staff
