Executive Assistant

Purpose

This role focuses on supporting executive roles in their day-to-day activities. May support one executive or a small number of executives

Key Missions

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
  • Manages administrative tasks (for example: purchase requests, expenses report, report writing)
  • Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors
  • May work on support presentations/documents/files
  • Handles confidential business and personal information
  • Delivers administrative tasks clearly defined with autonomy

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & written communication
  • Skills: Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Conversational English desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum necessary experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as executive assistant

Offer:

  • 15,000 gross- 16,000 gross
  • Monthly salary, direct contract with IDEMIA, Insurance for major medical expenses, dental and vision insurance, savings fund, food vouchers, life insurance, 15 days- vacation, certifications.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible hours)
