Account Manager

Purpose

This role represents the economic transactions of the Division to safeguard the assets of IDEMIA fairly, accurately, and on time and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Provides the Management team with reliable information for decision-making

Key Missions

- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring optimal performance
- Develop, implement, and supervise accounting policies and procedures
- Management of monthly accounting statements and production of consolidation reporting in IFRS standards
- Prepare financial statements according to French standards
- Prepare all tax declarations for the legal entity
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits
- Analyze cash flow, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance
- Participation in the migration project on a new ERP.


Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in an audit/accounting firm or within a large group as accounting manager
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Fluent in English 
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
