  • Assister les membres de l’équipe dans leur quotidien.
  • Support aux clients internes.

Key Missions

  • Gérer les tâches administratives : courrier, flotte automobile, gestion des demandes (traitement ou aiguillage des tickets et des emails)…
  • Interface avec les prestataires/fournisseurs et les clients internes
  • Participation à la rédaction des supports de présentations/documents/courriers

Profile & Other Information

  • Bonne communication orale et écrite
  • Bon niveau d’Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Être à l’aise avec les outils collaboratifs
  • Anglais : niveau B2
