Analyste et Administrateur CRM

Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator to manage and support our CRM and LMS platforms. This role focuses on operational excellence, user adoption, data consistency, and continuous improvement of tools to align them with evolving business needs.

Key Missions

 Salesforce CRM – Sales Team (Customer Relationship Management)

  • User onboarding & training: Organize onboarding sessions and train new users on Salesforce Sales functionalities.
  • User support: Provide day-to-day support and guidance; define and promote best practices.
  • Administration & maintenance: Ensure the platform remains operational in coordination with the external vendor.
  • Data quality: Perform consistency checks on Accounts, Opportunities, Service Contracts, and Pardot synchronization.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards; produce KPIs.
  • Tool enhancements: Coordinate platform changes and improvements with the external vendor. 


Salesforce CRM – Support Team

  • Onboarding & assistance: Support onboarding activities in coordination with Support managers.
  • Administration & maintenance: Maintain the ticketing platform.
  • Tool enhancements: Implement required platform updates and changes. 

Thinkific LMS Platform

  • Administration: Register learners and configure courses.
  • Maintenance: Ensure platform stability and availability.
  • Reporting: Track progress and certifications.
  • Enhancements: Implement necessary updates and improvements. 

Profile & Other Information

  • Knowledge of data management and reporting tools (dashboards, KPIs, Excel macros). 
  • Business analysis skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales & Support).
  • Experience with Pardot and Thinkific is a plus.  
  • Strong internal and external collaboration skills.  
  • Communication and training abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
