Contexte
Au sein de la Direction RH d'IDEMIA, vous accompagnerez l’équipe sur les sujets en droit social (volet individuel) ainsi qu’en relations sociales (volet collectif) de l’entreprise.
Missions
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Assister le juriste dans le suivi des dossiers individuels précontentieux et contentieux
- Accompagner et conseiller les HRBP et RRH des problématiques individuelles ou collectives
- Contribuer à la préparation des réunions des instances représentatives du personnel et des négociations collectives
- Participer aux réunions du CSE et de ses commissions
- Assurer le déploiement des nouvelles dispositions conventionnelles
- Elaborer et alimenter les outils de suivi d'activité
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs RH
- Participer à l’animation de la communauté alternants et stagiaires
- Assurer une veille juridique régulière et pragmatique
- Assurer la gestion administrative
Profile & Other Information
- Vous préparez un Bac +5 dans le domaine du Droit social et recherchez une alternance à partir de septembre 2026
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) et justifiez éventuellement d'une expérience en stage ou en alternance au sein d'une entreprise ou en cabinet
