Notre équipe Talent Acquisition d'IDEMIA Public Security recherche un nouveau membre de l'équipe en alternance, prêt à s'investir pleinement dans les missions qui lui seront confiées.
Missions
- Véritable Business Partner, vous serez en charge, en autonomie, d'un périmètre business dédié. À ce titre, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes RH et du top management de ces entités.
- Vous pilotez l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, du brief de poste jusqu'à la présentation de l'offre, en soutien des équipes RH locales (France + autres filiales européennes).
- Vous êtes garant de la meilleure stratégie de sourcing et disposez de compétences solides dans l'approche directe et la chasse de candidats pénuriques (R&D, Ingénierie, IT, Opérations…).
- Basé au siège parisien, vous êtes en contact régulier avec l'ensemble des C-Level et VP de l'organisation. Vous devez donc être à l'aise face à ce fort niveau d'exposition et d'exigence.
- Participation à des projets transverses.

Profil
- En formation supérieure (Bac +5) en école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe international leader dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies.
- Une première expérience en cabinet de recrutement et/ou au sein d’un service recrutement interne est souhaitée.
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans des organisations matricielles à forte complexité et appréciez travailler auprès d’équipes multiculturelles.
- La maitrise de l'anglais est requis pour occuper le poste
