Key Missions


Job Description:
As a Program Manager at IDEMIA, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring program success by maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding contractual commitments.
You will play a central role in coordinating the program team and overseeing all activities necessary to meet established objectives.
Your primary mission will be to manage the customer relationship, ensure smooth operations, and optimize program performance to achieve the expected results.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations as IDEMIA's main point of contact for non-commercial aspects.
  • Proactively collect customer feedback and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the customer meets their commitments, allowing IDEMIA to carry out programs as expected.
  • Lead and support program teams (technical, quality, industrialization, legal) to achieve set objectives.
  • Share a clear vision of success factors and coordinate both internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and compliance with IDEMIA’s quality processes.
  • Organize and plan work according to automotive quality standards.
  • Conduct tollgate reviews and monitor program KPIs.
  • Oversee risk management by identifying risks and defining mitigation plans with technical project managers.
  • Manage the program budget and invoicing.
  • Oversee contract management and ensure adherence to contractual terms.



Profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience managing strategic programs.
  • Strong experience working with demanding clients.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued.
  • Education: Master’s degree in science or engineering.
  • PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an asset.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
