Purpose
This role opening outlines the need for a Content Manager Intern to support the Bid Manager in maintaining high‑quality content, ensuring data accuracy, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the bid process. As bid volumes continue to grow and content libraries expand, dedicated support has become essential to uphold quality standards and reduce operational bottlenecks. The role will help to design attractive offers that meet our customers’ expectations and are in line with IDEMIA’s strategy.
Key Missions
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Maintenance : Review, update, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance on Bid management AI tool.
- Data Accuracy Management : Conduct regular audits to ensure information is current, complete, and reliable.
- Reporting & Insights : Produce monthly reports to management to support decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Content Improvement Initiatives : Enhance content structure, clarity, and usability to strengthen the overall quality of bid submissions.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with subject‑matter experts to gather updates and ensure content reflects the latest business information, and set up review cycles with different SMEs.
