Purpose
Within the IPS Information Systems Department, you join a multi-cultural team working on major projects of international scope and in a context of merger.
As Business Application Analyst Manufacturing-Supply chain for the Group, you are a true referent for the Business teams on this topic, on both applications and business needs prospective.
Key Missions
As such, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to our ongoing deployments of D365 o Analyze current information system principles and business requirements o Lead the relationship with business teams for O2C and Manufacturing-Supply chain processes o Provide support and suggest solutions based on best practices o Interact with development teams o Test and assist business teams during UAT phase
Profile & Other Information
In a nutshell, your ability to understand business processes, information system principles, and your knowledge on Microsoft D365 will be key.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to understand functional issues and business needs
- Knowledgeable on business needs regarding Manufacturing-Supply chain processes
- Tools knowledge
o Knowledgeable on D365
o Office suite
- Ability to report in a synthetic and professional way
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically
- Client-facing experience ideally in manufacturing industry
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Provide effective feedback
- Fluent English
