Business Continuity Coordinator

Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional to join our Security Team and help maintain and reinforce resilience across the organization, in collaboration with our business services within an international context.
Reporting to the Chief Resilience Officer, this role will support the organizational and operational integration of frameworks that support crisis preparedness and business continuity across the division, ensuring effective coordination of all stakeholders involved and alignment with business objectives and resilience best practices.
This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining a resilience culture throughout the company, as well as to reinforce maturity & empowerment across our teams.
Key Missions
Business Continuity & Recovery Planning
- Contribute to enforce the business continuity governance and policy across IST, ensuring an effective coordination between business and other stakeholders involved (i.e., operations, IT, HR, Supply…)
- Work with business functions to maintain business impact analysis and to develop mitigation strategies while ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the teams in building and maintaining comprehensive business continuity and recovery plans tailored to business priorities and objectives
- Develop resilience testing and exercise with the operational teams to ensure business continuity consistency and efficiency among the Division
- Raise awareness through training and communication programs, ensuring stakeholders are trained and prepared
- Monitor the overall status of business continuity across the division and report on associated risks and areas of improvements
Crisis Management Preparedness
- Enforce crisis management methodology and best practices within the Division
- Maintain IST Division level crisis procedure and support the BUs in the deployment of crisis management frameworks within their respective perimeter
- Support operational teams in maintaining adequate crisis communication plans
- Maintain with adequate solutions to ensure crisis management readiness
- Conduct training and communication programs, ensuring readiness of stakeholders involved in crisis management operations
- Organize and manage crisis simulation exercises
- Continuously improve resilience strategies based on lessons learned and best practices
Profile & Other Information
Technical skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management, ideally within an IT company and an international environment.
- Deep knowledge of business continuity standards and regulations (ISO 22301, DORA).
- Hands-on experience with BIAs, risk assessments, and crisis management.
Soft skills:
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to engage transversely different teams in “project mode” to achieve a common goal.
- Ability to educate both technical & non-technical audience about resilience stakes and challenges
- English 100% fluent (written & spoken).
