Chargé(e) de Conformité et Lutte contre la Corruption

Purpose

As part of the anti-corruption team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. You will contribute to cultivating a culture of integrity and accountability while making a meaningful impact within the organization. 

Key Missions

  • Actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of anti-corruption procedures
  • Participate in the "due diligence" process to assess risks related to business operations
  • Prepare and update training and awareness materials for employees
  • Lead training sessions on compliance-related topics for employees
  • Collaborate in the preparation of ISO 37001 audits and ensure internal control follow-up
  • Conduct legal and legislative monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory developments

Profile & Other Information

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Law or Business School with a specialization in compliance or legal
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in compliance, risk management, or anti-corruption
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Professional proficiency in English is desired
