Chief Growth and Digital/Development Officer

Purpose
Key Missions
In this role, you will work with the Chief Growth and Digital/Development Officer to;
- Establish all operational inspection dashboards, board packs and operating cadences/procedures.
- Analyse the business metrics and present opportunities for improvement to operating metrics.
- Establish ROI metrics and tracking, along with future project benchmarks and ROI targets.
- Establish Category GTM metrics, tracking and performance tracking.
- Establish analytics for marketshare tracking, identification of whitespaces and performance management to achieve full operating potential
Profile & Other Information
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally within a consulting environment
- Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- Proven experience in data management, compilation, tracking, and reporting
- Skilled in creating dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and working with Excel
- Experience in project coordination and support across various teams
