Payment Services BU’s Communications team

 

Our Communications team sets and executes the IST Payment Services BU’s global communications strategy – encompassing our global positioning and reputation and the promotion of our offerings. It includes advanced payment cards and features, sustainable products and services and digital payment enablement solutions.

 

We always look for the most powerful way to convey our “Reinventing the way to pay, one tap and one click at a time” story, and there’s a lot of room for creativity in our projects. Our team consists of talented and driven storytellers, and together we shape how our company is perceived by a broad range of stakeholders.

 

At the moment, we are looking for an enthusiastic, assertive, detail-oriented, proactive, creative and collaborative Communication Generalist Officer to join our team in Paris.

 

 

Key Missions

 

  • You’ll take the lead in shaping and delivering the communication strategy for some of our Payment Services offerings — especially our sustainable products and services and our digital payment solutions portfolio
  • You’ll support the marketing team in promoting our Business Unit’s offerings by creating and leveraging dedicated communication tools such as digital brochures, videos, and compelling customer use cases
  • You will drive the digital presence of our offerings, crafting impactful content and social media campaigns with the support of our editorial and design teams as well as collaborating with external agencies
  • You’ll work hand-in-hand with the PR team to build a strong pipeline of press releases that highlight our key launch offers and showcase customer success stories
  • Working closely with our Products and Innovation teams, you’ll spotlight our tech and business expertise by promoting thought leadership pieces on our site, at key industry events, and through strategic partners.
  • With a sharp focus on KPIs, you’ll design and execute a content plan that fuels lead generation and nurturing, anchored in our most strategic growth offers
  • You’ll actively contribute to the Business Unit’s internal communication efforts, including webcasts, newsletters, and internal seminars.

 

Profile & Other Information

 

  • You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a communication role
  • Natural storyteller, you have stellar written and verbal communication skills in English language and strong editing and presentation skills
  • You have excellent cross-functional collaboration and organizational project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing dynamic environment
  • You are a team player and are comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization, in a highly multicultural and international environment
  • Lead generation and nurturing aren’t just tasks for you, they’re at the heart of your daily drive and motivation
  • You have a good understanding of social and digital media, and how to engage online through creative campaigns
  • You are comfortable with technical products and solutions (e.g. API, SaaS) and demonstrate understanding of the payment space. Work experience in banking, fintech, payment networks, or with other stakeholders in the payment ecosystem is highly desirable
  • You have an international profile and/or experience in other countries
  • You have a desire for continuous learning and an eagerness to accept feedback in order to learn and grow professionally.
