Purpose
We are seeking a C&B Analyst who will be responsible for supporting C&B programs and projects within the IST Division. This role participates and contributes to our practices of competitive and equitable rewards that align with our strategic goals, business ambitions, and talent strategy.
Based at IDEMIA's headquarters in La Défense, Paris, France, and reporting to the C&B VP, he/she will be part of an international team and will interact with key stakeholders across different countries and businesses in a highly dynamic context. He/she will support exercises such as the global Salary Review exercise, variable pay cycles and competitiveness/internal equity monitoring. Additionally, he/she will contribute to global projects with global visibility

Profile & Other Information
- 1-3 years of experience:
- Analyst or entry level roles in HR, ideally in C&B
- Project management and task execution coordination
- Data analysis and modeling in Excel (other tools will be a plus)
- International exposure, with experience working across multiple countries/global scope.
- Analytics (Advanced Excel skills)
- Basic project management

- Fluent or business proficient: English (mandatory), French (desirable)
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology or a related field.
