Comptable Interco/HUB France
Au sein d’une équipe de 3 personnes, votre mission est d'assurer la qualité des chiffres produits, la justification des comptes concernés et le respect des délais.
Responsabilités :
Suivre les flux intra group de l’entité Idemia France et participer aux clôtures mensuelles :
Charger les données dans l’outil de réconciliation ICM
Réconcilier les positions mensuelles avec nos filiales étrangères
Analyser les écarts de flux intra-groupe
Comptabiliser les FNP / FAE / AAE / AAR
Suivre et coordonner les activités transférées à notre CSP à Budapest
Réaliser les paiements
Suivre les nettings (AP/AR), prêts interco et intérêts d’emprunts
Préparer la Déclaration d’Echanges de Service mensuelle (DES)
Missions ponctuelles liées aux opérations intra groupe :
Répondre aux demandes de nos auditeurs internes / externes
Proposer des axes d’amélioration sur les processus existants
Contacts permanents avec des interlocuteurs diverses :
Equipe comptable
Consolidation
Customer services (CS)
Filiales du groupe
Contrôle de gestion
Profil :
Pour ce poste nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) disposant des compétences suivantes :
Compétences techniques requises :
Une expérience dans un groupe international avec flux intra-groupe complexes serait fortement appréciée.
Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
Connaissance ERP d’AX 2009 serait un plus
Compétences comportementales attendues (savoir être) :

Formation : Bac+3 en Finance/comptabilité générale / fiscal
Expérience : Expérience en comptabilité générale : 5 ans
Langues : Anglais : lu/écrit/parlé utilisation quotidienne
