Purpose

Joining IDEMIA means joining an international group in full transformation, where finance plays a key role in supporting operational teams. As a Management Controller, you will be an actor in financial management, working closely with IT teams and various stakeholders to optimize cost management and support finance projects.

Key Missions

  • Ensures data quality in the financial systems (Local and Division)
  • Collects information from internal stakeholders and ensures data is complete, accurate, and with correct analytical allocation such as project/department/Business Line
  • Analyzes trends across key Profit and Loss and Balance sheet indicators 
  • Provides variance analysis and comments (versus Budget, versus Forecast, versus Last Year) to relevant stakeholders (IT & Group)
  • Prepares monthly financial presentations to the Management team & Business
  • Collects, consolidates, and loads data to prepare for Budget and Forecast for their scope, based on assumptions given by Business and/or Controllers
  • Assists in the VCP construction for both IT & the Holding
  • Performs Ad hoc analysis (Transversals projects, Automation, BI etc)
  • Designs and creates new reports/analysis
  • Analyzes financial information and discuss the results with Business partners
  • Be a key actor during the financial audits
  • Monitore the IT investments and the cost reallocation
  • Owns responsibility for the financial Master Data quality
  • Maintains financial Master Data or provides the necessary information to the Master Data team by collecting proper information from business teams

Profile & Other Information

Desired profile : 

You have a Master's degree in Finance and at least 2 years of experience in management control. You are rigorous, analytical and comfortable in a changing international environment.

Your mastery of financial tools (TM1, D365, Power BI) and your ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders allow you to play an effective Business Partner role. You speak French and English fluently and know how to work in a team with proactivity and agility.
