Purpose

This role provides guidance and support to the Division on the contract lifecycle management, from the beginning to the end, intending to enable, develop and protect IDEMIA's business.

Key Missions

  • Manages proposal, contracting, and subcontracting processes from concept to completion
  • Reviews potential contractual issues and highlight the risks In RFP/RFI process
  • Collects relevant information from internal stakeholders and/or other parties to ensure that agreements accurately reflect the nature of the desired business model and address relevant legal and/or compliance issues
  • Drafts or reviews contracts and amendments, ensuring the proper contribution of all relevant stakeholders (sales, program, finance, legal�) in the drafting of the contracts, together with the Bid Manager, if any
  • Negotiates agreements and amendments
  • Ensures handover of signed agreements between the Sales and the Delivery teams so that each stakeholder has access to accurate and correct information
  • Creates and maintains relationships with external contracting parties and serves as a point of contact for matters concerning contracts
  • Ensures the proper contribution of all relevant stakeholders in contract claims, escalations, change requests, interpretations of contracts, and contract renewals and terminations
  • Drafts or reviews the corresponding documentation;
  • Uses and supports contract management lifecycle tools and databases and other systems used to manage day-to-day contractual activities
  • Proposes and ensures the proper deployment of effective contracting standards and guidelines. Manages or contributes to contract and compliance programs and initiatives
  • Offers training and ongoing coaching on contractual matters
  • Coordinates closely with IDEMIA's in-house Legal Counsels at all times
  • Manages a contract management team and activity
  • Proposes tools, policies, and initiates transformation, etc...
