Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting Manager

Purpose

The CSR global reporting manager will be responsible for consolidating the reporting on CSR topics and global communication on the topic as well as interactions with third parties. He/She will be interacting with the stakeholders in the different Divisions of IDEMIA to provide a consolidated view of the CSR / ESG performance of the group. When needed he/she will coordinate transversal programs that require to be aligned between the Divisions.

Key Missions

  • Consolidate CSR / ESG indicators coming from the Divisions
  • Produce external reports such as yearly CSR report (and its evolution with CSRD deployment), plan de vigilance (and its evolution following the adoption to EU directive)
  • Report on the company's progress towards achieving its corporate social responsibility goals (including contribution to official reporting such as CDP, EcoVadis, etc)
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders for enabling an optimized ranking of IDEMIA performance 
  • Answer to global ESG requests from banks and investors with the support when needed of CSR teams in the Divisions and Functions (such as HR)
  • Contribute to the definition of the CSR strategy of the group  

Profile & Other Information

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Certificate in Sustainability would be a strong asset.
  • Good knowledge on CSR / ESG is a must.  
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results (leadership capability required).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial company including  an experience on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging regulation in CSR and sustainability.
