Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting Manager

Purpose

This role ensures the reporting on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy aligned with the law, regulations and customer expectations with the need of transparency of our actions on that domain. 

Key Missions

• Build the reporting of the company in terms of CSR: annual CSR report, annual vigilance plan, EcoVadis scoring, CDP scoring, Q&A from investors, questions from customers consolidating data and facts from multiple entities of our organization 
• Monitors and implements legal and regulatory aspects of CSR, monitors trends in CSR (environmental, ethics, social, sustainability
• Contribute to the definition of the CSR strategy   
• Coordinates and implements action plans, with the support of the CSR ambassadors and sponsors: sets up resources, processes, and governance in line with the strategy, leads a network of CSR ambassadors and monitors with them the progress of actions launched
• Provides a monthly update to the community ambassador on the progress of actions (newsletters)
• Implements and tracks CSR training for employees
• Writes processes (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Ethics) and deploys them at the division level, with support from relevant departments
• Builds yearly reports such as the Due Diligence Plan (French legal obligation) and CSR Report to share with the stakeholders the progress and be compliant with regulations and standards
• Manages situations in a multicultural context, with the guidance of experienced people

Profile & Other Information

• Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Engineering or Business-related field

• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French required

• Proven experience in project management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both French and English

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in a similar role or in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a plus
