Corporate controller manager

Purpose

This role involves understanding, monitoring, and enhancing the financial performance of IDEMIA, while assisting business leaders in making informed decisions to drive business growth while managing risk.

Key Missions

  • Lead the coordination of monthly closing activities across central functions, collaborating closely with the accounting department
  • Enhance reporting for central functions to align with operational requirements
  • Develop a new controlling process for central functions in collaboration with department heads
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast for each department
  • Collaborate with department heads and Excom members to prepare monthly forecasts
  • Manage the annual budgeting process for all corporate functions (50m€/year)
  • Implement initiatives to enhance data quality and accessibility, particularly in the US
  • Prepare monthly reports and conduct business reviews for corporate functions
  • Identify opportunities for cost improvement and streamlining within each department
  • Work closely with IDEMIA Public Security central controlling team to ensure seamless collaboration

Profile & Other Information

  • Bachelor or Master degree in finance
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate on different levels of organization
  • Result driven, able to work effectively in teams and independently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and timely performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment 
  • 6-8 years experience in finance function 
  • Proficiency in English and French desired
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
