Job description

Purpose

IDEMIA Public Security is a global leader in identity, biometrics, and public security solutions. We partner with governments and law enforcement agencies worldwide to deliver innovative technologies for biometric identification, digital identity, border management, and criminal investigations. Through innovation and operational excellence, we help build a safer and more secure world

The apprentice will join an international Cybersecurity team of seven experts located across different countries. The apprentice will contribute to the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of internal platforms and tools to enhance collaboration, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline offensive security workflows. The position is based in Courbevoie (La Défense).

Key Missions

  • Evaluate and benchmark collaborative pentesting solutions.
  • Deploy and maintain an internal pentest platform.
  • Automate the integration of findings from security tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.).
  • Improve reporting and knowledge-sharing processes.
  • Document solutions and support their adoption.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of offensive security tools and methodology.  

Profile & Other Information

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Engineering School or University) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in Cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Python or another scripting language
• Interest in automation, internal tooling, and collaborative development. 
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
