Cybersecurity Offensive Analyst

Purpose

We are looking for a Penetration testing intern to join our Cybersecurity team

The intern will assist in identifying vulnerabilities, testing systems and applications, and supporting security assessments for all the IPS Business Lines.

This internship provides hands-on experience in offensive security across infrastructure, software, mobile, hardware and IoT devices, and exposure to real-world testing environments.

The position is based at our La Défense site (92)

 

 

Key Missions

  • Participate in penetration tests: Infrastructure, Web, Fat-client, mobile (iOS and Android), Hardware and IoT devices
  • Assist with hardware and IoT pentesting: Working set-up preparation, tooling to access the different interfaces to evaluate
  • Assist with mobile pentest preparation phase
  • Conduct vulnerability re-test, check the previous identified vulnerabilities if they are correctly fixed
  • Document findings, evidence, risk ratings and remediation recommendations in clear reports
  • Contribute to internal research on new tools, exploits and attack techniques
  • Maintain ethical hacking standards and follow company security policies

Profile & Other Information

  • Education: University or Engineering School
  • Good writing skills for different levels of stakeholders
  • Passionate by hacking with ethical hacker mindset e.g. participating to CTF, or performing challenges
  • Capacity to work as a team
  • languages: Fluent English, both spoken and written
