DORA regulation manager

Purpose
Embark on a transformative journey as a dynamic Delivery Manager for Industrial Operations and Services. Following the DORA initiative, you will monitor resilience engagements and supervise customer and regulatory audits.
Your objective is to align resilience commitments and capabilities, ensuring effective delivery and valorisation of operational resilience services.
Key Missions
Delivery of resilience services
• This position works in partnership with Offering Management to integrate operational resilience services in business offers
• Work with legal team to translate operational resilience services on Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with our extensive client base.
• Support customer facing teams on resilience in customer engagements
• Valorize operational resilience efforts and costs, and ensure it is effectively recharged to IOS budget
• Track operational resilience services (i.e. DRP, tests, audits…) and monitor associated capabilities, ensuring alignment between contractual commitments and ability to meet them
• In particular, organize / structure DR service, in liaise with the primary and backup sites
DORA / Customer audits
• Craft a holistic audit strategy that complies with DORA regulation and is in tune with other relevant standards for our industry
• Streamline internal teams’ efforts and coordinate with clients to develop pooled audits
• Manage and support any request for customer audits related to DORA
• Prepare local teams for DORA regulatory compliance and perform on-site evaluations
What You'll Bring to the Role
• Ability to work as team player with various stakeholders and to engage discussions with both technical and commercial skills
• Ability to understand customers queries, and to satisfy their needs in a profitable manner for IDEMIA organization
• A robust track record in conducting and managing audits, with a focus on process enhancement and best practice deployment.
Management Reporting
- Monthly reporting on delivery of resilience services, with achievements versus targets and projections/forecasting
- Monthly Scorecard of Key Performance Indicators (Risks Identified by internal / external audits, root cause analysis and the corrective actions taken)
- Ad hoc reports if and when requested
Profile & Other Information
This role is pivotal to IDEMIA and its customers. It requires an experienced delivery manager with a strict focus on achievement to key objectives set, an aptitude for identifying and solving issues, a process improvement mind-set along with solid planning and analysis skills.
The candidate should ideally have a proven experience of professional business risk management experience, whereas specific additional skills include:
- Overall understanding of resilience concepts & standards (BCP, DRP …)
- Knowledge of DORA framework is a plus
- Experience in transverse management in a global company, ideally in manufacturing industry, with recognized leadership skills
- A sufficient track record in exploiting and or implementing continuous improvements processes and plans and the associated business change processes.
- English language proficiency (negotiation proof) is a must.
- The position requires a certain level of international travel to other Idemia locations in the region as well as to other Idemia sites in the world, and is a key and essential part in the execution and purpose of the job.
