FP&A Manager

Purpose
Reporting directly to the VP Controlling of the division, you will operate in a global scope within the IPS division's financial controlling teams (around 20 people) and collaborate with the division's transversal teams (top management, R&D, IT, and support functions).
The role's primary focus involves driving and coordinating the teams during major financial milestones (closing, forecasting, budgeting, reporting) while ensuring effective financial and operational management of the Business Lines (BL).
As a manager overseeing 2 team member, you will be responsible for structuring and developing the team.
Key Missions
Coordinating and driving key financial processes
- Closing: Ensure deadlines are met, coordinate various stakeholders (controlling, accounting, group finance, etc.)
- Budgeting/Forecasting: Ensure deadlines are respected, coordinate with Business Lines, analyze and consolidate data submissions
- Division Point of Contact for Audits: Act as the guarantor of accurate accounts
Providing IPS Division Reporting
- ExCom (monthly): Prepare slides and analyze results in collaboration with the Business Lines
- Board (monthly): Assist in preparing presentations
- Cash Reporting: Ensure data quality, produce and publish monthly cash reports
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Deliver additional analyses requested by management
Additional Missions
- Actively participate in the division's transformation projects: reorganization, continuous improvement, tool changes, etc.
- Ensure Business Lines have the necessary resources (tools, templates, training) to meet expectations
- Handle other tasks as required by management
Profile & Other Information
- Master’s degree, preferably from a business school with a finance specialization
- Experience: 10 years in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of key financial and accounting metrics (P&L, working capital, IFRS15)
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for tools
- Knowledge of project management
- Teamwork and coordination: Ability to foster collaboration across departments
- Proactivity and responsiveness: Adaptability to various stakeholders and requests
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Proficiency in English
