Purpose
About the Team
We are creating a cross-functional delivery team inside the Innovation Hub. We build prototypes and MVPs for the payments domain under short delivery cycles (3-6 months). We deliver fast, with quality, and we use AI at every step.
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is specialized in either backend or frontend but competent across both. You solve real problems with code, guided by AI agents, and you care about the product outcome - not just the output.
Key Missions
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features - from user interface to backend service - aligned with your specialization
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured implementation plans
- Work with AI coding agents, MCP servers, and AI skills as your primary development tool. You write specifications and prompts, review generated code, guide agents, and verify outcomes
- Deliver end-to-end features quickly: code, tests, and deployment
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across the stack
- Collaborate with domain experts, architects and security teams
- Identify recurring patterns and turn them into reusable product capabilities
- Think like an architect. Communicate like a product person.
Profile & Other Information
What We Are Looking For
Technical foundation
- Node.js experience is preferred. Python, Go, Java, or similar backgrounds are welcome - what matters is strong software engineering fundamentals
- Backend: REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication flows, event-driven patterns (Event Hubs, MQTT), database design (SQL & NoSQL)
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, state management, component-driven UI, accessibility
- AI-native work:
- Running and configuring AI agents, MCP servers, and AI skills
- Context management for successful LLM-assisted development
- LLM cost awareness - choosing the right model for the right task, managing token usage, avoiding waste
- Creating reusable prompts, specifications, and QA loops for agent-driven development - Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and IaC is a plus - not a requirement, but it accelerates your contribution
Nice to Have
- Experience in the payments domain is considered a strong plus
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Open-source contributions or personal projects
- Experience working in startup, fast-paced, or MVP-driven environments
